    How long for a replacement controller to be sent ?


    So it was agreed i had a faulty controller over the phone and i sent it back via UPS paid for by M$ and i was told as soon as they recieved mine they would send out a brand new replacement controller. It's been over an month now since they received it and
    i'm getting pi$$ed off now. It's a day one controller so 11 months old when the problem came. Am i entitled to ask for a refund as i'm fed up and getting angry.

    Day One Controller: batteries get extremely hot

    It's within policy to fill a replacement order for the controllers. Just be aware that there isn't a timeline for how long it will be before the controller will be replaced.

    replacement timeframe?

    Anyone know how long I can expect a replacement for a controller to take? Fed ex confirmed by broken one delivered to MS Thursday but no confirm from MS. Also...how long to get advance replacement kinect? Ordered Saturday. Thanks mates!

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there is nothing anyone here can do to help you. You'll need to contact phone support to find out what's going on with the controller.

    That would sound like something with the stick on your controller, how long have you had it? Is it still under warranty? If its the stick itself and your still covered id def. have it sent in for a repair or possibly replaced.
