Usually, it will take 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and due to the ongoing refund delay) to have the refunded amount reflected on your payment method depending on your bank.

If you haven't received your refund on the 7th day (excluding weekends), you may contact your payment provider for a follow-up with your refund request.

If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request. They should be able to help you with this problem.

oh okay. other than that I'm quite blurred because my order history wrote that the game has refunded and the money hasn't . is it normal?

Once a refund has been approved it typically takes 3-5 business days yo be refunded. Where it will be refunded depends on what payment method you used. If you used a credit card, it will be refunded to that. If you used your Microsoft account balance,
it will be refunded there.
