How long does the refund will take

I bought Minecraft dungeons on 4th July. I decided to refund it because I can't even install it and now I have refunded the game. So it say my game has been refunded and I haven't received the money in my account and I need to help with this because I
scare that Microsoft won't return the money. Will the money returns to my bank account or it will be placed at Microsoft credits?

This seems to be an ongoing issue and a lot of gamers were also complaining about the same refund problem recently.

Usually, it will take 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and due to the ongoing refund delay) to have the refunded amount reflected on your payment method depending on your bank.

If you haven't received your refund on the 7th day (excluding weekends), you may contact your payment provider for a follow-up with your refund request.

If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. oh okay. other than that I'm quite blurred because my order history wrote that the game has refunded and the money hasn't . is it normal?

Once a refund has been approved it typically takes 3-5 business days yo be refunded. Where it will be refunded depends on what payment method you used. If you used a credit card, it will be refunded to that. If you used your Microsoft account balance,
it will be refunded there.
