How Long does the process take.

I had a little trouble about 8 months ago and never got around to solving it. Cut a long story short, my rewards account was suffering from a bug that didn't add my points onto my account. So after some research through the forums, I thought I had to
start a new account, but after doing this I was told by an admin that my account was not being affected by that particular bug, it was a different one. They said they would re instate my old account once two days had passed as it takes that long to set, but
that was 8 months ago and I forgot to come back. Is there still hope? Please Obi wan? Please help.'

Where I got this answer....

While we will be able to transfer any old pending Credits from your old account, we will not be able to reinstate your old account since you have deleted it by opting out. We will begin the credit transfer process now. You should see the Credits appear
shortly.'





How Long does this process take as my account has not yet been updated with my old pending credits and it has been 20 days. I had plus 20,000 credits on my old account and would not like to lose these.
