How long does it take to process a realm subscription?

I've been trying to get a realm but I keep getting a message that says pending order. However I've purchased realms before and its never given me that message before.

I also tried yesterday, but when I woke up my order seems to have been canceled. Now I'm not too sure why this was, but I made numerous attempts to purchase a realm, I first tried renewing my old realm, then I tried to open a new realm to see if it would work instantly but it didn't either and it wouldn't let me cancel my order at first, so I put in a request to get it cancel that order in particular, but right after I sent the ticket I was able to cancel the purchase and I had no receipt of the ticket so I assumed it didn't go through. But then I saw somewhere (on this site I believe) that currently realms can't be reopened after they closed. So I retried to open a new realm and canceled my other pending order. When I woke up today, I noticed my order was canceled I don't know why, and I still don't have a receipt from the ticket I submitted.

I'm not really concerned with the second paragraph, I just want my realm up. I put the second paragraph there because I'm not sure if my new purchase (the one I made today) will actually go through or if it will get canceled again without telling me why. Can someone please help me?

Edit: My friend also tried to start a realm, but his order was also mysteriously canceled too. I also forgot to mention this is for java edition.
