How long does it take for Xbox to respond to your ban appeal?

So I was banned because someone else logged into my account and said vulgar language and I went to appeal the ban since I was pretty much "framed".And they still haven't reviewed it.How long does it take for them to look at it?

How long does it take for Turn 10 to respond?

Ok it's been 9 days since I have sent an email to Turn 10 asking for the terms of service or code of conduct that I had broken that led me to being banned a week. I was wondering how long does it typically takes for them to get back to someone?

Side note I had sent many emails the last time I was banned and that was around 2 or 3 years ago they still have never responded to those emails.

Also why can I look up on Google any other game manufacturer like EA and it comes up with their email address phone number and fax number but there is no other way to contact Turn 10 other than a email address they completely ignore.

 

How long does Microsoft take to respond?

I posted in the My xbox live account was suspended forum, and after having them look deeper into it they sent me an email back saying nothing changed. It said you may reply to this email, so I did. It's been almost 4 days and no reply. How long could this
take to hear a response from the Enforcement team?
