How long does it take for them to send you a controller back?

I sent my Controller into the place they told me to, and it arrived yesterday. So now I'm wondering how long it will take for them to send me a new one back?

I wondered how long it takes, i ordered a new PSU (power supply) and it says SHIPPED, but it has gone weeks, how long does it usually take?

I know that for myself it took me about 2 weeks to receive my shipment.

However the time it takes for delivers varies. Depending on where you live, and/or if there has been any problem in customs / postal offices.

How long ago was it since you put in an order for the PSU? And how long ago was it since it told you it has been Shipped?

After the service center receives your non-working accessory, a replacement will be shipped to you within 14 to 21 business days. Return shipping is free of charge.

Oh boy. I've been dealing with support for a week trying to get these people to contact me. I was told different amounts of time by three different people when the fourth finally told me "8 business days."

So far that seems to be the correct answer but we'll see when the eighth day comes up.
