    How long does it take for an account to be closed and console to be unenrolled?


    Wanted a fresh start on a Series X (Reset & Remove Everything). I had an Insider account and the console was enrolled in Omega. Unenrolled the console and deleted the account before reset since I just want to start on the GA build and stay there.

    Upon reset, I got a message saying optional data collection is still on because the Xbox is still enrolled. So the question is how long should I expect the unenroll and account deletion process to take? I’m pretty tech savvy, but fairly unfamiliar with the program. Just looking for stability on GA now.

    I should clarify that the console is currently on OS version 10.0.26100.2913.

    It's been a long time since I transferred anything but I had about 100Gb to switch over and it took 45 min. to an hour.

    Microsoft has no right to block anyone’s account without prior consent. It’s been 2 days now and they have punished me by blocking my account because I have continued to try to use it. None of the robot remedies that they keep directing me to works. They just sent me another one.

    I hope your fellows realize how dumb it is to lock an account for such a tiny reason, especially since I purchased a product with that account. If I were a bot, I wouldn't have bought anything, I would have spammed the site to death instead.
