The same thing has happened to me. Enforcement team takes ages to accept appeals. I haven't been able to play xbox in forever because of a ban that wasn't even my fault. They literally banned me from playing multiplayer. Very upsetting that i payed for the brand new series x and xbox live and game pass and this is how you treat us? Spent thousands on this xbox for it not to be played thanks. And on top of that I never even got a reason on why I was banned so wth.

Well looking at the thread you made it was your fault as you let someone use your account & they did something to violate the ToU/CoC.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

what does that mean the status is closed?

I read that it took a guy 6 weeks for a permanent ban, but it's been 8 weeks now. btw the reason they banned me is pornographic content and I'll be honest, I actually sent pornographic themed photos. they banned my console, my account and blocked an email but it seems a bit exaggerated to me all this, I have the Xbox for years and I have spent a lot of money and seeing my account die makes me a bit depressed.
