How is this ok on xbox?

So I hear some ppl get permanent bans but ppl that actual deserve permanent bans go unpunished. Had someone call me a dumb Bit** and told me to go die in a actual xbox message I took all the necessary steps to report and block this person but in 2 days
the enforcement team has done nothing. So my question is why are some ppl above the rules put in place and others not and what does the enforcement team actually enforce? This behavior is very disturbing yet no actions have been made to make sure this person
knows that this behavior is not ok. Let me know your thoughts and if something similar has happened to you.

As has been said, you have done what you needed to do in reporting. Move on, don't let these comments bother you. It says more about the person saying it that you.

I'm sure no offense was intended, We all have our individual ways of expressing ourselves. I'm pretty sure their intention was to convey to you that you don't have to worry, cause the Xbox community has your back, so to speak

Enforcement are the ones that does it but it does take time to gather the evidence and act on reports, It cannot be instant most times but please be patient on reports enforcement doesn't always tell you when they take action either. Agreed it is not acceptable
behavior and am sure enforcement will take action.

You're concern is very legitimate and the staff at Xbox appreciates your feedback. Although this is no total excuse, there are many reports of misconduct sent in every day so it is practically impossible to review every single one sent in. Of course, misconduct
is an issue that the staff at Xbox care about and the goal is to make our community the best it can be.

One word of advise which you may already do is to never retaliate when someone insults you. Simply report the misconduct under its respective category and maybe add a comment to explain a bit more.

Again, your feedback is important and the staff at Xbox as well as us ambassadors will continue to take steps to improve the Xbox community.
