For us to isolate the issue, kindly confirm if you have successfully purchased the Ultimate Team edition license for the FC 24 game by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

If you have confirmed that it is indeed an ultimate edition showing under your Order History, which means you've got nothing to worry! Once you have installed the Standard edition of the game from your console, you will have access to all of the Ultimate Edition contents in-game.

Apparently premium or ultimate editions consist of the standard edition (base game) and the addons, DLCs bonuses.

I have the same issue. Game keeps returning to dashboard. Bought ultimare edition download code from microsoft. Have undertaken a cold start, uninstalled and reinstalled. Even bought a new external hard drive and reinstalled but still crashing. Paid £89
for ultimate edition, unplayable. Any ideas welcomed.

Same here.it says 79.99 for ultimate edition.I clearly pre ordered the ultimate edition and the proof is in my account under transactions.I'm scared to redownload it fearing I might get ripped off with the season pass. So I payed 80 dollars for the regular
edition.

I'm the same situation. I definitely bought the ultimate edition, I've been paying it since the early release date, but in the store it doesn't say owned next to the ultimate edition like it does for other ultimate editions I own.

I want to buy the 1 dollar promotion of the game pass ultimate and I have enough money to buy the promotion and I get that option of how I will pay the rest for the next month but I will not pay the following month
