How is my banned account sending me messages?

My account (opposition) was banned back in May of 2016 and now 5 months later said account sends my new account "(;" so I called xbox customer support, and they were just as baffled about the situation as I am. they recommended that I post my question in
the forum and see what the community has to say about it. I've gotten over my account being banned by making a new one and buying my games that I play most but I'm still confused as to how a permanently banned account is functional after only 5 month. please
if you have any answers please let me know.

Please help me - Being harassed on XBL

Someone is constantly sending me threatening messages and hitting me offline. He's sent me my own ip address to me in a message to try and scare me, I have valid proof that he's been threatening to get my account banned and I keep getting hit offline. Is there anything I can do about this if I can show someone the messages that he's sending to me? I have no problem giving an employee my information for them to see the proof themselves.

It sounds like someone has had access to your old account somehow.

For the sake of any personal information you may have left registered on your old banned account, it is best to change the password so nobody else (but you) will have further access.

Can u explain how I got banned for 3 days instantly after sending asome1 on gears of war a message saying " gg. Host sux tho shotguns are broken. "He messaged back "k". But my message was already deleted and was already com banned. Literally in less than a minute of sending my message

My

account was banned from xbox live and when I said banned it's not just

the suspension of messages where from the group chat not the group chat

and message but also impossibility to play multi.

I assume this ban, but must also say the why and the duration of the sanctions.

In my case the duration for the banned live 15 days ma was given but not for chat

In

short my banishment is up but that for the multi party for the group

chat where to send messages to my friend I always message "following

your behavior your account ...... blablabla"

I would like to know how much longer its going to last since I already was banned 15 days of xbox live.

Precision to give me all info and good to take.
