How is Halo 4 Legendary Solo compare to Halo Reach? I also wanna know do I get checkpoints in Legendary Solo? What are the best weapons to use in Legendary Solo for the whole campaign? What are the certain weapons I should use to kill certain enemies in
Legendary Solo?

ah man I feel for you, I couldn't think of a more painful experience than Halo 4 solo on Legendary. I'd ALMOST rather have my fingernails pulled out.

 

If you have played any Halo games on legendary before, than you can be reasonably sure what to expect. If you haven't, than any given weapons that make your life easier for any given situation on lower difficulties, become progressively more important as
you increase in difficulty.

 

I played through legendary solo a while back. Ill give some tips from what i can remember. Normally with any legendary play through you'll be looking at scoped weapons. Great for headshots, a good couple of headshots on even the strong enemies will defeat
them. Also a mix of a charged plasma pistol magnum headshot,is great. Keeping behind cover when possible and sneaking shots at a distance is a good way to survive. As for checkpoints. They are still the same as any other difficulty. I found halo 4 easier
than reach, but that's just me. Good luck.

 

It's pretty much like the other Halo's. The way I always beat through it was using a Plasma Pistol and some sort of precision weapon, such as the DMR, Battle Rifle, Light Rifle etc.

Halo 4 was a lot easier for me to beat on solo legendary than Halo: Reach was.

 

All Halo games have checkpoints regardless of settings unless you activate the Iron skull. Halo 4 has a few of the hardest battles in the series in my opinion, and it is a bit harder than Reach over all, but not drastically so.
