How incompetent can you be?

My account "" was banned for cheating. Due to me being a decent COD player i tend to drop pretty good games and little kids tend to rage and false report so i think little of it. I log in to play some Black ops 2 today and notice i was banned. Check
my email and the reason was for "Cheating". I never use and 3rd party software or abuse any bugs.

You can literally check my recent games and see my Gameplay is 100% legit and i don't cheat or abuse bugs what so ever. Due to the incompetence of the Xbox staff team i strongly believe instead of actually reviewing a case they will simply follow up on a
report by banning with 0 evidence.

I was playing against some guy streaming the game and after i dropped a 40-5 game on his team in TDM he started raging. Said i had to be cheating then reported me for system tampering.

You're a multi billion dollar company and you have a mediocre support team that simply doesn't do their job. I'm highly dissapointed with xbox and i'm considering switching to PSN due to the inconsistency of bans on this platform.

A guy getting upset that i'm a good COD player and false reporting is simply no reason to ban accounts. Xbox live needs to revamp the support system this is just ridiculous. I expect proof of me cheating if none can provided i want a complimentary 1 month
of gold subscription for wasting my time.

You're both wrong, they are incompetent. Because they can barely speak or understand English they can't properly do the job. If you can't properly do the job because of some lack solely on your part, then you're incompetent. That's not to say they would
be incompetent in other fields, or even in this same field if they were serving other Indians. But for this job of servicing Americans calls they are almost all incompetent.

 

You don't get banned for no reason.All reports are investigated before any action is taken.

They're bad at their job lol. They say you don't get banned for no reason, then ban you for no reason and these yes men wont help you. Just switch to PS4, Xbox is awful now and there's nothing anyone will do. They're criminals.

You can't be banned for no reason just because you don't understand how it works so please stop spreading miss information

one when a complaint is received it is reviewed if found true the enforcer checks the logs

Then sends it to the next step

Another team reviews the info

Checks the logs

Then if further review is needed sends it to another team or issues an punishment

That's how the pet works

Psn will enforce the same rules

 

and fyi treyarch has their own enforcement team

So if you are banned from blackopz servers they are the ones you contact not support or xbox enforcement team

Also should be noted that server bans carry over onto call of duty.com so even if you start a new psn account if it's linked to your call of duty account guess what

dropping games is game manipulations and is considered cheatingcheating because you are avoiding a win or lose or forcing a loss on your own team so the temporary banned is valid

And that's a rep and server enforcement issue
