    How in the heck...


    Can a company as big as Microsoft/Xbox have such a bad website and support group? Constant connection issues, trying the "Ambassador" live chat, and I understand this is not a microsoft employee, but when you have them on the site, you are putting your
    support for them. I tried 3 different times to ask the same question and NEVER once got a response from an "Ambassador", but the person did stop the chat and ask me to rate the service, so there was that. Oh, and how about a post to the forum with a question
    and no one from xbox comments on it. Awesome job guys, keep it up. And you wonder why you are losing the war against Sony.

    Do any of you play this crappy game? I cannot get into this game to enjoy it. I try to download the compatibility pack and it never downloads. Overall this game sucks.

    i just pinged msn.net and i got request timed out meaning its down right now for whatever reason, im just going to play on my xbox 360 which hasnt been any trouble and wait until they fix the xbox one problems. i say leave it alone before it drives
    us all crazy.
