How in-game losses due to issues with live service will be compensated?

I've lost game in NHL15 due to broken connection. It cost me in-game cash. Its not the first time i've faced this issue. How my losses will be compensated?

XBL down yet again. What is MS going to do?

Yet another day that i can't connect to XBL with 100% Packet loss. I was given the link to post an article in here from Xbox Support and ask what is MS going to do with all these loss of services over the last few months. I have had nothing but issues with
Xbox since switching over to Xbox One from a replacement console due to a hardware failure now it just continuous loss of service but yeah still keep asking for our subscription money.

Cannot access Spartan Ops (Halo 4).

I'm not so sure the Live service alert is related to Halo's issues are related. The Live service alert is due to an issue with data stored on Cloud storage, Halo 4's issues are server problems.

As much time as they had xbox live is up and running which is most important. Thank you to the technicians who worked on getting live back online well done

Compensation is absolutely necessary. Xbox is payed for by customers which therefore means in turn it should be guaranteed to work properly and if not, demands compensation. i've been notified twice in the past two hours that the problems have been fixed
through text messages i requested to notify me when at the exact moment the problems are resolved. I have been lied to by this company and have proof of it.

It is pretty difficult to stop a DDoS attack before it happens as you don't know where it is going to come from. This is why Sony and Microsoft were unable to prevent it happening yesterday. In fact, Microsoft resolved it yesterday, Sony was still having
problems today.

Shamus91B, you can still play your Xbox when Xbox Live goes down by selecting your profile from the dashboard and select "Go Offline" all your games will work as normal without Live, beyond multiplayer of course.

While I don't agree that I should be compensated for the outage as it was out of their hands, the most you can realistically ask for is a day worth of Xbox Live Gold access. Or you could take them up on their hefty discounts for games and movies and compensate
yourself that way. 50% off Sunset Overdrive. Microsoft is giving you $30 right there.

MS won't compensate for Live being down, it's been down whole days before and they never compensated, but what I don't understand is MS knew this was going to happen and lo and behold they did nothing to prevent it.
