How ibrecover ando old acc that indont hace any source of forma to recover it?

I've asked some Microsoft agents, they're helping me recover my acc now. It was proven that my acc got hacked so I can recover my old one per usual.

That form can only be used if the email hasn't been changed. If the account's email gets changed, account recovery is impossible under any circumstance.

If there was a way to recover your account, I would've already told you how. I am sorry, but it simply is not possible in this case.

Yo ando igual, lei el ultimo comentario de @SMX Matrixnez y encendi mi consola, pero nada, tengo el mismo problema fui betatester y no me a salido la actualizacion final, se me hace injusto que nos pongan a parte si al ser betas de cierta manera ayudamos
en pulir la interfaz...

Ya no hace falta que contesten a mi pregunta, al parecer acaban de cambiar el precio hace unos momentos apenas, fue cuestion de segundos, de todas formas se agradece su atencion
