How i think some 'pre order rewards' could be betterin my opinion

So...sometimes there would be soe missions that will give you rewards if you pre order on their store. But if theres ever any games i want to pre order,i would go on delivery sites such as amazon because the collectors editions interests me the most. Or
if i would ever want to pre order on their stores,the mission to pre order a game would come up like the week/days after and you couldnt recieve the reward(from what i learned). How i think it could be better would be to link your xbox account to delivery
sites(altough,that would probably have to be them doing the change or something?) to get rewarded and/or if you ever pre order a game within around a week before the mission pops up,it should count for it. Anyway, let me know what you think or if it could
work...

What a rubbish reward system, customers who pre-order deserve better. This whole program needs a shake up in my opinion, very unsatisfactory. Having just decided to buy digital last month I have to say this news just lost Xbox a customer, I get actual pre-order
rewards at retail and won't be buying digital again.

 

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

 

We will never be rewarded by ordering from other stores (Amazon, Best Buy etc...) even if it is an online order. The purpose of the program is to reward users, but also to reward users for purchasing directly from MS (which means they make more money).

I do not know what region you are in, but in the US there is normally a physical disc pre-order promotion running through microsoftstore.com and you can order your collectors editions there and receive a 15,000 reward.
