    hi, about September 2019 i bought xbox one s and since few weeks age i noticed that some times when i pot the same CD will not working and after few times turning off and on will work again, i would like to know as it is still less than a year is there
    any chance to exchange it with a none faulty one please

    Just been in touch with Microsoft nothing they can do as they need the faulty console to replace it with the same day one edition, I can't do that as game took the faulty console and components as they wouldn't give him a replacement unless the faulty one
    was complete with all items, what a bummer

    My xbox one s started doing something like this then had green flakes appearing eventually getting worse, it was a faulty graphics chip in my console :( i had to sent it to someone for this to be replaced as it was out of warranty too :(

    It does sound like the same kind of issue tbh :(

    My Original Xbox One recently started shutting off at random times

    There could be a few situations.

    1. Faulty power strip. Plug your console into the wall instead.

    2. Damaged power supply. Replace it.

    3. Old hardware. I had and OG xbox one and gamed on it a LOT and started having problems with it so I had to replace it. I hear the xbox one S is a steal right now :)
