Not receiving my rewards credits

I have not received any of my Xbox rewards credits, and my billing info is correct. How can I get those reward credits deposited?

All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page if the Rewards site. If you don't want to spend anything, you can earn credits by completing the monthly surveys or take part in the freedom rewards offer.

ok but i contacted to xbox support he/she say in 30/12/2017 you get gift from xbox but i dont get it

Phone/chat support do not handle the rewards program so they would not have correct information about the program. There were no free gifts that were sent out on the 30th.

Microsoft rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? The 2 programs are separate.

if you mean Xbox rewards credits, it depends on how many you have. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So it can depend on how long it takes you to earn the credits.

You can't get free trials here in the forums.

But you can get Xbox Live Gold basically for free, if you sign up for Microsoft Rewards (if available in your country). Simply

visit the Rewards site, and do three page visits each day, to get insane amounts of points you can then redeem for Gold memberships or Xbox Store credits, or other nice things.
