How I can get a new power supply?

Hi there, I need some help with a power supply replacement.

I live in Costa Rica and we don’t have a Microsoft support centers here, so I’m trying to figure out how I can get a replacement.

Recently during a storm, I had a blackout in my neighborhood and my house got serious damage in the wiring system.

I don’t know if I’m explaining right, the thing is, my Xbox One power supply got all the damage and broke up.

I don’t know what exactly is broken inside. The console itself is ok, I
brought it to a local console store, they have an Xbox One there for showing purpose, and I tried their power supply, so I know the console itself is ok.

Now I need to figure out what I need to do with the broken power supply and how I can get another in my country.

I tried the website devicesupport.microsoft, but I’m stuck on the steep 2, where I need to verify the Shipping Address, but for some reason the site don’t accept it saying about an internal error.

What address I need to put there anyway?

For international shipping we use a 3rd party address given by a service for buying things outside our country.

In other words – If I want to buy something from the US, I need to use that 2nd address and when the product gets in there, the company to which I’m registered send that product to my country, and then I need to
withdraw it from their office.

So, that’s the only way I can get something from outside my country.

How can I get a new original Xbox One Power Adapter?

Xbox no longer produce the original power supply unit as they no longer produce the original xbox one.

Due to that fact it is no longer for sale via the xbox service centre or via xbox support

Hi,

I am a Customer from Germany and my Xbox One Power Adapter seems to be defect. Unfortunately, my console guarantee went out two months ago.

Where can i get a new original one? I can only find store selling original power adapters that were already used before (or which are not originals).

Can anybody help?

Sorry you're having issues with your power supply. The only way to get a power supply is through Microsoft. Try using
this link to order from device support. If that doesn't work, then I would suggest trying to reach out to them directly via chat or phone via

Unfortunately I’m still stuck in the steep two.

I got a message saying “We're sorry. Something went wrong on our side, and we are working on it. Please come back in a while.”

I guess I need to wait.
