    Romania isn't an Xbox Live supported country. You will struggle to purchase Xbox Live and games also. Therefore you won't have Microsoft rewards either. You may need to raise this with the politicians of your Country.

    Since Romania is not on the Live list You can't expect rewards very soon. You can only wait for now. So sorry.

    They have been adding more countries so you only need to wait.
