How have they not fixed Microsoft Rewards yet?

Every month 1 or 2 of the quests just bug out and don't count achievements I've got, or just don't give me points. This month it's extra special, in that for the Wolfenstein one, it recognised I completed an achievement and instead of putting the tick
on the first one, it put it on the second one instead... I have 3 achievements. And every month I'm sick of having to contact MR Support about it, and sending them proof because if I don't it doesn't count the several achievements I've just got. I understand
that it's still somewhat new, but this isn't a new thing it happens every month, and with the BS that MR doesn't count achievements for games you've 100% they could at least fix this, considering I'm losing out on 400 points because I 100% ABZU.

On that issue I'm not, but I still am on the games I've 100%... All it does is just make me not want to play any Gamepass games until they're added on the Quests.

Are you checking them via console or have you tried going to the actual site?? Sometimes its slow to show on console.

I’ve noticed mine bugging out every other day. What I have done is exit the app, quit, then reload the app after about 1 or 2 min. Most of the time this resolves the issue I am having, it maybe different for others tho.
