How has this preview update been allowed!?

I know it's BETA and we are 'gaming testers,' but this should work at least. It's terrible. I have to fight to make party chat work, make games work, hard reset about 5 times a day in mid game as the dash board doens't show and my screen goes black

Less then a month away from release?? Needs fixing in BETA ASAP

PLEASE HELP preview program

Phone support has nothing to do with the preview program. Also, seeing as how there is currently a preview update that has not been fully released yet you will more than likely not be added to the program until that one has been released to the public.

 

No ground zeroes update prompt

So i've heard there has been an update for ground zeroes which allowed the upload of save data, and an even older update that allowed xbox users to play the "deja vu" mission, but, i've been unable to update my game to get access to these.

Apparently I am not alone with this problem, but nothing has been done yet.

 

You know beta means it’s still in development and by people testing means they can find all the bugs before it goes live? There is a disclaimer saying that all features may not work and it may cause issues with some games also it may break your Xbox. If
you are not happy with the new dashboard and its problems you can opt out and roll back to the old one but maybe instead of ranting about it use the report error button so as to help the developers iron out the bugs.

actually the dashboard update has been pushed back to December due to some serious game breaking bugs and lag.

 

I have had the same type of issue's! Also is there a way that you could separate my games so that my digital and disk games are labeled as such so I know witch games I bought on xobox and witch ones I need the disk for! ! Would be nice if they were in different
category so I could see what I've bought online , and what I need to put the disk in for!! Thanks Bobbyzzz

 

If they pushed the official release to December because it's unusable why are they still making us wait 72 hours to opt-out and get a working dashboard back?

 

Hello all,

So the new dashboard started messing with my Xbox a few days ago. It started with the controller becoming unresponsive while I try to load anything. The screen will go black and will stay that way for a few minutes before it says try again(if that message
even loads). On top of those issues, now it seems my Xbox no longer accepts my internet. Saying that my internet security isn't compatible with Xbox. Also Xbox won't load home screen after power on. If it does, nothing works. Keep getting the "It's taking
too long" message. Pressing the close button just leaves me with a black screen untill the message reappears. I'm posting this here because when I try to report the problem, it's the same story. Black screen, unresponsive controller, takes to long message,
close or report, repeat. Anybody else having these issues?

Hey guys, as onyx has said, you need to post preview program problems/questions in the private preview forums, by clicking the link he provided.

 

Which would be great to post there however I requested access to the forums over 24 hours ago and still nothing....why am I not surprised.

 

A quick word on the new dashboard, Its release as not been put back.

 

With the new update it connects to my internet but not my xbox live and to just add to the problems i can't even get into the preview dashboard to report a problem.

And xbox says they can't help that I'll have to go though these forums and try get a hold of someone who works for the program

 

EXACT same issues Demon.....cant even use the thing now.
