How has this person not been banned

I was having a game on xbox and I killed this one person and I got a message from him of "****" and before I could repsond he blocked me and I have reported him for hate speech and profanity and he still isnt banned since Thursday 17th August and now its Sunday 19th August

Hi,

How do you know they're not banned? You won't be notified if your reports have resulted in an account suspension. Even if they do get a suspension, it will likely to be a comms ban which does not prevent them from playing online.

I would never respond to any nasty or harmful communications on Xbox Live. There isn't any need to, that's why the blocking and reporting functions exist. Remember, that if your response is also against community rules, your account can also receive a strike.

How does the Enforcement website help when the person has been hacked? They never even mentioned a ban!

Their problem is that, whilst they recovered their MS account, their Xbox account remains unrecovered

If the console has been banned, there's now way to unban it in my personal experience.
