a year ago i could play forza 5 or any other game and it would work just fine.now my screen in constantly grainy and i have control delay. Useless billion dollar company

I am Aileen, an Xbox Expert and gamer. I hear your frustration, Cloud gaming should be getting better, not worse. If you're experiencing degraded quality like grainy visuals and input delay, it could be tied to local factors like:

Network congestion or speed drops. Cloud gaming is highly sensitive to real-time bandwidth and stability. Try using a wired connection if possible, or test different networks.

Device performance. Some browser/device combinations (especially on mobile or older PCs) handle the stream differently.

Server load or region routing – Xbox Cloud Gaming doesn’t always route to the nearest server, which can add lag or reduce quality.

If none of this has changed for you but performance has dropped, it may be worth reporting directly through the Xbox app or browser via the “Report a Problem” tool:

If you’re really dissatisfied and want to request a refund for your Game Pass subscription, you can go to the Microsoft billing page:

Select the Game Pass subscription > Manage > Cancel or request refund (if eligible and don't forget to turn off the recurring billing before cancelling)

If that was a game you got with a gamepass subscription you will have to still have the subscription and the game still has to be on gamepass to play it.

Is it possible you just had auto-renew on for Gamepass or any other subscription? Double check at account.microsoft.com and see what your purchase history has listed. You can also request refunds from there. Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support

I recommend turning off auto renew on any of your subscriptions.
