Helicopters and Road Blocks For The Cops

Does anyone even find these remotely useful? They never do anything as far as I can tell, as far as hindering the racers. Note that I can never get a game with real human beings, so I'm using them on the racer NPC's, so I cant speak to how useful they
might be on humans, but on npc racers, they don't seem to do anything.

A peak into Mass Effect's future...

I'd almost rather see something along the lines of Rachni Wars or Krogan Rebellion or a similar kind of prequel that didn't involve humans myself. Don't involve humans, less focus on Shepard's story... they did say Shepard's story is done... less reason
for people to bring any preconceived notions into it, no matter how they feel about the series. No humans (or minimal human involvement) is pretty close to 'clean slate' so to speak.

I find it hard to believe that in the entire organization, there's nobody else I can speak with about a false report followed by an automated decision.

How can I forward my ticket to an actual human being?

Like i said. I have tried EVERYTHING. the problem is on their end. Virual chat is not working, call back is not working. Regardless, i should be able to phone the company that has my money and talk to a PERSON.
