    How hard can it be to change an email!!!!!!


    Canot get anyone to understand that the email adress used for my account has been completly deleted by British Telecom

    Therefore i cant access it at all to be able to change to my new address

    Can anyone help as i'm losig the plot with this?

    Right. So I had a chat to Xbox Support about it. Turns out that the email I wanted to change to is set as the alternative email for my current account. So I needed to remove the alternative email, wait 30 days (as this was a change to my account so I can't
    change emails) and then I can do it.

    This is just ludicrous. It shouldn't be that hard to change the email attached to a gamertag.

    Xbox reset - how hard can it be?

    Congrats on inheriting an xbox. It will bring you and your family hours of enjoyment.

    What you need to do to reset the pass code is contact support. They can walk you through the steps necessary to reset it.
