How good is xbox at giving your refund

If it's your son's account make it to a child's account and if it's your put a password on your account so this won't happen in the future

I've only asked once and got a refund 3 days later. Its was hassle free.

He bought Megalodon Megalodon shark gift card great white shark gift card and a shark gift card for Grand Theft Auto

I also suggest you look into changing your child to a child account if they are not, if they are turn off the ability to make purchases. If your child knows your account information change it, immediately update your password.
