How good does multiplayer 2 vs 2 and more work?

Is the lag a constant problem? Are there lobbies for different sized teams in multiplayer?

MVP chievo question

Does anybody know if the MVP 1, 2, and 3 chievos can be obtained playing squad rush or squad deathmatch? And if they could be obtained in a 2 vs. 2 game? I have not started playing multiplayer yet and was thinking if u were in a game of 2 vs. 2 in s.r. or
s.d., that 3 of the 4 players would be guranteed these chievos if they did not have them already.

Co-Op Online (Player with Player) will only work with the Spec Ops mode, and is up to 2 people at a time. The Multiplayer (Player vs. Player) is 2-18

No you blithering idiots. This thread wasn't about the points, it was about the epic 5 vs 3 then 5 vs 2 then eventually 2 vs 2 and how my team won.

I don't think I'd even bother with a mp verses if it hd it. Single player/co-op is way to addicting!
