How get the free games with Xbox Live Gold? HK

I've renewed my Xbox Live 12M Gold subscription form Hong Kong Store use visa but you say the receive two Xbox One games ( Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Zoo Tycoon) for free. Since today i didn't get the code from my e-mail.why?

You have to download the games from the dashboard.There's a tab on the dash that has the games for gold & sales & specials.

 

It's also possible to get the games directly from the store if not seeing the tile on the dashboard. In the store they should be marked as "free with Gold" instead of displaying a retail price.

 

Same thing happened to me, I bought 12M live gold after I saw the promotion on HK official web site. But, now I still waiting for the activation code email for those two games.

There is no tab on my dashboard which can lead me to those games. I tried to navigate to those two games in "store" tab on dashboard. The price for them are in HK$, not free with gold.

 

This must be something exclusive to Hong Kong then.

The only thing i can suggest is phoning support for that region & explain the situation to them

 

You will not get a code for the games to redeem.

At the moment the GwG are "Crimson Dragon" and "Chariot" and not the two games mentioned above. So please go to the marketplace and check for these two games. I just did after I changed my settings to Hongkong and they are both available for free with the
GwG.
