    I think I speak for myself and for a lot of the Xbox community on this topic.

    Lets get straight to the point here..... It's absolutely sad how if you get "reported" that you get a suspension. My question to Xbox support is - do you guys even truly investigate the situation? Do you go in depth and ask for the situation from both parties?
    Do you take the time to make sure that you are suspending the right player? Do you even investigate to see if you really should be suspending the player who initiated the trash talk and then reported!?

    Let me fill you guys in. So, last night I was playing Grand Theft Auto V Online - while playing I was being trolled and excessively followed around the map being continuously killed by 4 players (1v4). So me being solo I had already been getting trolled
    and harassed online by not 1 - but 4 players. All 4 players were sending me messages - trash talking, bantering and saying some seriously disgusting and grotesque things. I mean - they took it so far that I literally was worried for the players mental health,
    the things that were said were absolutely not okay and truly disgusting and messed up on so many levels.

    So - I reported all 4 of them and left the session, but somehow Xbox decided because their was 4 of them reporting me and only one of me reporting them - that I am the one who gets suspended. I truly am intrigued into how Xbox deals with these complaints.
    The fact that I am banned for a week is ridiculous and absolutely unfair. I am truly disappointed and unsatisfied with what happened and how Xbox resolves these complaints. The fact that we play on their system - pay for a monthly subscription and run on their
    servers over Sony, you think that they would give their gamer community much more quality and fair services.

    I am currently disabled due to a workplace injury - so I rely on playing Xbox to keep me busy (because I can't walk or do anything else at the moment).

    I get on Xbox strictly to use party chat with my personal friends and play with them. But that's now taken away due to the poor and biased suspension and player report systems - that they clearly do not actually truly investigate. I have used Xbox all my
    life and this only happened 1 other time (years and years ago). Is the Xbox support truly just at the point where they don't care about their players? Clearly they use a robot system to apprehend and serve suspensions - rather than actually investigating a
    situation.

    Xbox Support doesn't have anything to do with suspensions and they don't use the forums either.

    The Xbox Enforcement doesn't use the forums either.

    Don't retaliate, just report and block those people and you're set. Anything more and you'll be stuck with the consequences.

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So you don't get suspended just because you were reported. You can have a million complaints
    filed against you and not be suspended. Your suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks before that interaction.
