How does this message “violate community guidelines”

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege and someone messaged me after a game calling me and my time terrible. I responded, word for word, “I almost aced in a 1v5 it wasn’t me ”. They then reported my message and I now have a FOUR DAY SUSPENSION from party chat on my account. I understand that Support and Enforcement are separate , but seeing as Enforcement didn’t feel the need to tell me how that was a violation of guidelines, I was hoping Support could tell me. Keep in mind the person that reported me had no action taken against him for trash talking me, but my completely clean and inoffensive response got me suspended.

It is very dangerous for you to respond to any kind of name calling in the chat, many times people are waiting for your answer to make a complaint against your profile, probably several people have reported you, I believe the rest of the team you were playing on must have also reported you. Next time don't even reply and report it already, players need to learn to lose, there are many toxic players like those who reported you who don't deserve to be playing online.

As you noted Support and Enforcement are separate. As they are separate, Support, nor anyone in the forums, is able to answer any specific questions about a user's suspension. They can only direct users on where to find information about their suspension.

If you haven't done so, you would have to check your enforcement history at enforcement.xbox.com for any information about the suspension your received, and/or submit a case review if the suspension qualifies.

as above, never ever message anyone who is not on your friends list and know personally, all it takes is a message and thats it.

And now I’m being told it was due to violations of community guidelines, how would I violate guidelines when I’m banned and can’t communicate. This is actually crazy, I can assume new channels will eat up these screenshot of me being called the n-word. 13 years you play on Xbox only to be permanent banned for some nonsense.
