    How does the enforcement program work?


    I'm really curious here after I get reported once for a message between me and a player in DS 3 he reports me and I am immediately suspended from chat privileges. This doesn't bug me at all but I am curious how they qualify whether something is a valid report
    or someone just trying to ban someone for whatever reason they have.

    Help With Getting XP As An Xbox LIVE Community Ambassador

    Around two weeks ago, I joined the Xbox Community Ambassador program and the Xbox Enforcement United program. Since then I have participated in both programs and for some reason I haven't gained any XP in the Ambassador program. I have assisted in three
    forum postings and five Ambassabank chats. How long does it take to get credited? Or is there some requirement I'm possibly not meeting in order to get credited? I've received the max amount of XP for the Enforcement United program for the month, so I'm assuming
    that means my account is working properly. Does any experienced Ambassadors have any information for me?

    When someone files a complaint it goes to the enforcement team who investigates your account/messages/etc. and determine if you did something to violate the code of conduct. Enforcement action is not immediate and your suspension could have actually been
    for something done weeks or months ago.

    In order to receive credits, you have to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Star levels are based on how much you spend in the marketplace (subscriptions, in-game
    consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP). You can see how much you need to spend for each level at

    The percentage back based on your gamerscore was the previous version of the VIP program which ended September 2014. Birthday gifts ended in 2013.

    Xbox Ambassador removed for invalid reason

    If you have received enforcement action on your account there is no way to return to the Ambassadors program. Having a clean enforcement record is required to continue within the program.

    Support does not handle enforcement the only way to contact them is via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.

    Enforcement United/Ambassador Program Error

    Ambassador site doesn't recognise me but the Enforcement United site does (and as an Ambassador).

    In all honesty, and I know this is a beta, but this doesn't fill me with any hope that this program will receive any more care then the Ambassador program does.
