1) The $1 promotion is only available for new subscribers. If you've previous had Game Pass or Ultimate, you would not be eligible for that price.

for example i am buying ultimate game pass for last 1 year and did not even get 1$ pass once and at the same time my brother is getting this offer almost every month, does it has any explanation?
