How does suspensions with game clips work?

I got suspended for a week because of a game clip I did not post to my feed. It was a scene in cyberpunk 2077, if I get suspended because of something from a game why was that game allowed to even be on the Xbox services? I had no idea that that 40 second clip would get me suspend. And it literally makes 0 sense, someone please explain to me how I am in the wrong.

I recommend you to do an appeal if the enforcement website allows you to do so. You can review how to do this by following the steps provided here:

To avoid a similar situation in the future, you may want to save the clips offline / avoid uploading it to the Xbox network if the content is +18 or sensitive.

Even if the game is allowed in the Microsoft store, it’s important to keep in mind the Xbox Community Code of conduct in terms of sharing content with others:

Upload studio is an app you can download to the Xbox to edit and upload game clips. Try downloading it man and see if you can play your clips or upload them through there.

i would also look up how to clear the cache of your Xbox one, that might help

No that does nothing. Clips still play for one second only. Upload studio would suggest that you have a clip that works, mine won't. Clear cache didn't work.

The website does work, thank you! but it is still a bit annoying having to go to a website for my game clips

My showcase is not working. It says it full but wont show any of the clips or screen shots. So I don't know what I have in my showcase. I have some great clips that I want to show but I cant. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The suspensions have nothing to do with a user's reputation and vice versa.

Suspensions are issued by the Policy Enforcement Team after a report of wrongdoing was investigated and found to be valid.

The reputation is how other players view the user. It is possible to improve one's reputation by playing a wider variety of online games. There are a number of YouTube videos that will confirm that it does work, but it does take time.
