How can they suspend an account for garbage to say it easily? I'm sorry to say, unless someone it saying they are gonna hurt someone, are being racist or in something to those extremes, I believe e Microsoft is taking our first amendment right away. I
should be able to tell someone they suck. I should be able to tell someone to leave a game if they are team killing. My family has never threatened away, been sexual in any way, racist. We may trash talk here and there, but how can Microsoft get away with
this? Anyone else feel the same way? Playing a sports game and can't trash talk? Has Microsoft ever watch or see sports? This need to end and we need to stand against them. Getting tired of having to be politically correct you can say a damn thing without
being yelled at. In being a Xbox member for 15-16 years, until Xbox one, my account has never been suspended. Since Xbox one, my account had been suspended a few times, once by me and 3 or 4 times by a guest at my house. What is this? Godfob you say anything
and people get hurt? Stick and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. Unless you are threatening someon, being racist, sexual or something to those examples something should be done. This is gaming, not watch what you say crap.

No private company forces paying costumers to subjugate their selves to the tyranny of Microsoft Corporation that in itself is a violation of the First Amendment of the United States and the Bill of Rights so no private organization can set and break the
constitutional rights even in a grocery store if you act like an idiot you don't get banned or trespassed unless you are caught stealing so violation of your first amendment rights Xbox Live does not have their physical rights to take that away from anyone
and if you people out there think that they have the physical rights then you've already subjugated yourselves or you are actual Xbox Live employees who are trying to defend the company look it up the constitutional rights says no profit organization shall
impose or take away anyone's freedom of religion or speech First Amendment of the Constitution

 

Pretty simple really. When you signed up you agreed to Microsoft's rules. If you're not playing by their rules, they can suspend you. The 1st amendment does not apply to private businesses.

 

As smuwtches said first amendment doesn't apply to private businesses or property

If it did a person could not remove you from their home and anarchy would reign

hi there I feel the dame way ive been on Xbox for a while now and jsut yesterday I got a communication suspension I am really mad bcuz I swear on god I didn't say anything at all this is stupid on how they can just suspend someone for not saying anything
i was with clan mates when this happened I have clan meetings I don't wanna get kicked from it bcuz I have a high ranking Microsoft just cant do that geez I'm hella mad

 

Becausee you can't get banned period without an actual valid report

Violations can be from weeks or days ago not nessesarily the same day

That's the myth you guys got to get out of your head

Everything you do can be reported even msgs from months agp

If you knew anything about Xbox Live you would know the oldest tags on the service are just now turning 15 years old. The oldest non beta tags are 14 years old. You have never been able to just do what you want, so go ahead and not be politically correct,
you won't be on the service for much longer if you follow that line of thought.
