How does Microsoft deal with false reports?

A brief explanation of my situation:

I play an absolutely massive amount of Overwatch. I've been a subscriber to Xbox Live Gold for more than eight straight years. My reputation on Live has always been spotless (before today, I'd only had one person file a report against me over the past six
months and that was because the guy just didn't like my voice).

Today alone, however, I've been hit with several reports (1 Unsporting, 1 Cheater, 3 Gamer Picture, and 1 Gamer Tag). I suspect that the same person is responsible for every single one of these reports, possibly even using alts to do it.

A little while ago, I got paired with a guy in one Overwatch match that purposely started throwing the game because we had no healer (there was a reason for that, which I won't go into because it gets off-topic). After spamming the in-game chatbox for a
while, he resorted to outright throwing the game by jumping off the map over and over and over again. I have a recording on my profile that even proves this.

During the third round of that match, two of us switched over to healers, but the guy mentioned above was at the bottom of our priority list because we didn't see the point in healing someone who had spent the bulk of the match attempting to throw the game.
We didn't ignore him completely, but we did prioritize everyone else above him. After the match, he got onto an alt and sent me a message saying he'd reported me for sexual harassment (a false report) and he added a six letter slur to the message for good
measure.

If this guy is the one responsible for all of those false reports, how will Microsoft handle it? That question goes doubly for the fact that he likely used alts to spam me with false reports instead of his main account. Is there anything I can do other than
reporting that alt's hate speech message and his main account for unsporting conduct (ie throwing the game)?

Anyone who abuses the reporting feature risks enforcement action themselves.

As long as you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

The only way to report someone is via your console.You should also block this person as well.

A report via your console is the only way the enforcement team will investigate someone.
