    How does everyone feel about Ghosts?!?


    I would love to see it go back to COD 4/waw style gaming. Futuristic gaming isn't COD, it's the franchise that COD dethroned.

    Overall, I like the game but it could use a little tweaking like spawn protection. Since every game borrows from other games, I would like to see COD borrow this from Gears of War. You don't 5 seconds like in Gears but a good 2-3 seconds would do fine
    to allow you to get to cover or give you a chance to turn and defend yourself.

    I think that is one of the problems. Ghosts seems to be more team/clan oriented than other titles. I occasionally play with friends, however due to real life and odd hours I usually plan alone and join random games. It's common to run into teams/clans and
    often the scores are hugely lopsided as they control spawns. In HC TDM I've seen more hugely lopsided scores than in previous CODs. I've also seen a number of games where everyone on the team getting pounded leaves and the game forfeits or by the end the
    losing team only has one or two players. This was very rare in previous titles. Teams/clans versus a random group makes for a bad game.

    Spawns are traditionally bad in COD games and this hasn't improved at all in Ghosts.

  7. Bo2 was the worst I've seen for people quitting out. In dom 75% of the time was either win against 2 players, or stick it out and lose 2 vs 6. I stayed and considered it practice, but by september or so it gold old and I just started leaving myself when
    our team dropped to 3.

    It didnt even seem to matter if it was a close match. They'd start leaving as soon as we got a couple points behind...... and thats the kind of matches that are fun. I think a comeback win is more fun than an easy win any day.

    I don't play DOM so I can't comment on that, but in BO2 HC TDM games would usually end with full teams regardless of the score. And there were not as many lopsided scores as in Ghosts. It was also very rare for a game to reach the time limit before the score
    limit in BO1 or BO2. In Ghosts I've played in many that reached the time limit with relatively low scores. And not just on the large Stonehaven map but on maps like Prison Break and Warhawk where one would expect more fast paced action.

    I use to quick several matches a night in blops 2 because of the fake lag treyarch put in the game. I love winning, but I would rather have a fun smooth experience and lose than stick out a win and deal with fake lag. I never quit because of lag in Ghosts.

  11. Teams/clans/parties destroying pubs is nothing new to CoD. Its been that way since day one. I feel you though. I have not play one game of Ghosts in a party on the Xbone and playing with randoms can get very frustrating, but it is what it is. Maybe a Merc
    mode (no friends/parties/teams/clans) would be great. It would be all randoms playing against all randoms.
