How does everyone feel about Ghosts?!?

My opinion on Ghosts? Campaign was ight. MP is ight. Extinction is ighhhhht. So overall the game is ight.

How does Microsoft feel about boosting?

If it is not something that was not made into the game then it is against the CoC. Cheating is one of those things that is against the rules. If it a "cheat" they programed into the game for you simply to turn on and off then your OK.

 

How does Microsoft feel about boosting?

Some friends and I want to finish up the co-op acheves on one of the games that EA is about to kill the servers on.



Do they look at boosting as cheating? I've never done it and was wondering. I don't want to mess up my game score and status.

this game is garbage. Maps way too big and players way too scare as usual. Ghosts is right next to MW2 for worst COD games.

since release i have 2-3 days played

i do enjoy ghosts i think it is a good game [some issues] but generally good

mw2 is still my favourite though

 

I haven't played it as much as I thought I would. I find it fairly decent, but needed a few weeks away from it.

[/quote]lol. Awww having issues. Lol. . . I enjoy the game. It is a game, GAME after all.

 

I'm not a huge fan of the excess use of rubble/debris on maps. Sure it creates mood/setting, but I feel it simply encourages camping as too many players will lay prone on piles of bricks or snuggle up beside busted walls and partitions. If you recall,
Modern Warfare aka COD4, had great maps set in Middle Eastern style towns and burrows WITHOUT the rubble everywhere as if a cataclysm or 8.0 Earthquake just occurred. If there HAS to be all this chaos on the map, might as well have the environments be destructible.
But....guess that's not the case quite yet.

 

Its a pretty boring game. We were lied to, there are no dedicated servers. The kill streaks flat out suck and the spawns are of course (in typical COD fashion) complete crap.

Im pretty sure the COD franchise is dead.

 

I have to say I wasn't sure about buying another cod after bo2, but ghosts have renewed my faith in the franchise.

In bo2 I felt like I had to play all out run and gun if I expected to compete. In ghosts, the first thing I noticed as I was running around, all the good looking camping spots and nice large maps. I tried it a bit and found camping to be fairly easy.
But then I started running around with only a knife, and let me tell you what ..... there is no excuse for people complaing the maps are too big or too camper friendly. 90% of my time I've used a knife, pistol and tac knife, or a shotgun and I can come the
top of the scoreboard most of the time.

Rng might be more exciting at times, but choice is what makes a game last. You can choose any tactic you want, and if you do it well it works. Dogs might be a pain, but I'm learning to overcome them too .... and that also makes the game more interesting.
it rewards practice and becoming good at whatever you do.

Good for you. I said I wouldn't get BO2 and when I was given a copy I said I wouldn't get the next CoD unless there have been major changes, that's how bad it was. Well, there certainly were changes done and I was lead to believe the changes were for the
better, resulting in me getting a copy of Ghosts, and now I can say I'm done with CoD. Unless there is a CoD that plays more like the previous ones in the future, the series is dead to me. Ghosts totally ruined it for me and I can't even remember how many
weeks ago I last played MP and this time I don't even think about prestiging at all.
