which country are you in, if the UK you can invoke CRA (consumer rights act) to the store you purchased from, this can be up to 6 years after purchase, if anywhere else in europe they have similar laws.

I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

Yes they made digital only ps4 and xbox one s called the digital editions

The series cpus are Zen 2 with rdna 2 gpus with the new next gen storage and compression processor released last year on desktops and consoles

Xbox one s is based on 10 year old opterons

Series s have a big black.vent on the side not the white grills you have

Same here, the exact same problem on my XBOX series X and S....

from 6 joysticks I have, only 2, elite 1 and and old xbox one s controller, without updated firmware, are working fine.

but all my fancy new Xbox series controllers are having this problem since past year and I was thinking the problem were my controller battery (I have the official charge and play battery on all my controllers)

hopefully they will address this soon...
