    How do you view the messages of secondary gamertag in the xbox app?


    I have setup the xbox app on an iPhone, but can only view the messages primary gamertag. How can the messages of a secondary (family) gamertag be viewed in the xbox app.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! In order to view the messages for a particular account your mobile app must be log into that particular Xbox account.

    Use Xbox.com to view your messages, find one from Xbox Live that says Invalid Date and delete it. Now sign out of the Xbox App on Windows 10 and sign back in. You should now be able to view messages in the app.
