    Store flakey

    Twice now I receive weekly email from Xbox live. I am interested in something. I attempt to purchase. Store bypasses cart so I cannot use Microsoft rewards coupons. Same items are not available from the "normal" Microsoft store where the cart works.

    "Play Anywhere" card redemption

    Hi there.

    To enter a promo code, you would go through the purchasing steps on the store - microsoftstore.com, put the specific item in your cart then there is an option for Enter a Promo Code right in the Cart below the cart items.

    The promo code would then show the addition/deduction of that the code was for.

    Xbox ONE UI Suggestions, Navigation at present state causes frustration.

    Another thing that would be extremely useful in the store would be a cart. It kinda sucks to hate to buy each item individually and then go back to the store to find the next item etc.

    If I play on buying multiple items, I would like to be able to stick them all in my cart and then buy them all at once. It annoyed me on the 360 and it annoys me on the Xbox One that we still can't do this, especially since even the lowly PS3 had this feature
    7 or 8 years ago.
