how do you update Microsoft gaming services.

i have been trying for months to update and use Microsoft gaming services but it will not update for some reason. i have also tried all troubleshooting solutions given by Microsoft. other people I know have also had this issue so is it just a computer issue or is it a windows version issue or something because whatever it is it would be nice to know and helpful.

Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
Is your PC enrolled in the Windows insider program?
Describe briefly what procedures you tried to fix this prior to your post creation.

Xbox support DOES not help.

there is not one option to email/ message an agent.

I would recommend being slightly more persistent with the bots. It should escalate to a physical agent during official support hours.

However, with regards to hardware service, it's my experience that service takes +/- 3 weeks. So I'd recommend giving it some time. Also, you can follow up your devices and the service status by looking at the details at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/
