How do you uninstall Clockmaker?

if there is no folder, it is not installed, it runs on the web or in the cloud.

I have tried all those methods. Through Settings, or Add or Remove Programs, Clockmaker does not show up to be selected, and cannot be removed. When I tried to remove it through the Microsoft Store, there is no command to remove the program, merely a list of what is installed. Thank you for you time and effort to answer my question, but I'm still stuck with an unwanted program on my computer. I've even tried looking for it through my System and Program files, file by file, but I cannot find it there, but it's still in my startup menu and still boots when I click on it. Again, my thanks for your time and attention.
