How do you switch the profile signed in on the "Games" app for WP 8.1?

Hello, recently I've made a new account for the Xbox 360. My old profile (we'll call Profile 1) is still signed in on the "Games" app for my Windows Phone 8.1 device. I've been skimming through some of the support forums for this problem, and have only found
answers for the Xbox One. If anyone can give me a step by step process on how to sign out Profile 1 (my old account) and sign in Profile 2 (my new account) on the "Games" app on Windows Phone for
Xbox 360 accounts, that would be wonderful.

How do I switch profiles on the app?

I have one Xbox live account, but each family member has a profile. When I log into the app on Windows 10, my wife's profile comes up automatically and I can't find anywhere to switch it to my profile.

Hi Dynastic, You can switch accounts in the Xbox app by going to the Settings page then look under Account and click on “Sign out”. Now click on Sign in and it will bring up the Xbox authentication window. From there, click on “Sign in with a different Microsoft
account” and choose a different account instead.

The only way to change accounts on the games app, which is also the phone, is to perform a factory reset. Which will wipe the phone any allow you to sign in with the new account.

Forgot to add that you can do the reset by going to Settings/About/Reset. You would lose anything on the phone if you do this procces though.

I'm using the Nokia Lumia 1020 with 8.1 update. I get the 805a8011 code whenever I try to access the WP marketplace and code 0x805a8011 when I try to sign in on the xbox app. I've already tried a soft reset.

Starting last week (October 23 approx) I noticed the leaderboards in Windows Phone games no longer function, across all WP 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 games.

Worse than that, achievements do not sync on WP 7, 8, and 8.1 games.

(WP 10 is currently ok for me).

FYI: I still own 9 working Windows Phones for the purpose of earning Xbox achievements. It is a major diss to lose this functionality without prior notice.
