How do you share with multiple accounts and xboxes (family)

My kids cannot access all the games in our shared inventory. We have three xbox ones, and are paying for five accounts. I have everyone in the family and I am the main account. I have console “a” set to my home, console “b” set to my oldest son’s home
and these are both downstairs. Upstairs we have console “c” as no ones home. My three sons each have an account, my wife, and myself as well. Okay so here is the scenario; my middle son is playing overwatch on console “a”, which requires my account to be logged
in because I downloaded. When I log in on console “c” to play Rainbow Six with my youngest son, who is logged into console “b”, it will log my middle son out because he was not the one who downloaded it. So, is there a way to ensure that all of us have access
to each others games regardless of which xbox we are using, utilizing the family functions?

You can share only on one console and have only one home xbox at a time with a max of 5 changes in 12 months. With the set up you have 3 consoles and 5 accounts it depends do you want all 5 accounts too be able too play at the same time? That proberly would
be haard but not impossable

When you buy anything from the store that is tried too the account that brought it and that accounts home xbox. You can have 5 accounts signed into the console at the same time there are some games that support 4 player coop. It all depends on what game
you want too play and what that can support and what console your signing into. And what account owns the game.

For example lets say your playing a 4 player coop and 4 of you want too play

account 1 owns the game. Console A is there home so Account 2 and 3 sign into console A

Axxount 1 and 4 can play on console B or C. Both need too be on the same console has account 4 will get permissions from account 1 automaticly has there signing in and own the game

All 4 accounts can play with 1 copy of the game on 2 consoles

You can set a console as your Home console and share anything you've purchased on your account with anyone else who is using that console. That account that purchased the content can continue to use their content on any console as long as they are signed
into Live. https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox However, you can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. So across 3 consoles
with 5 accounts, it would be difficult to share everything on all 3 consoles without still purchasing at least 2 of everything.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Home Console (A) is logged in Account/Owner of game as soon as they login to (C) they are logged out of (A) and (B) no longer has access because Owner has logged out of Home console.

The situation with the accounts is this each account with which a game is purchased can only be played by the same account that I bought it or also if it is configured in an xbox as the main xbox
