    Hello everyone.. I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.. I tried looking for The Off Subject or similar to it Topic or Forum.. I wasn't able to find it..

    Now. My problem of what I have and shortly before it..

    Before The Main Fix: I was having problems with my Xbox and PC that involves everything of Xbox Stuff.. It was going slow and such.. And I wasn't even a Preview Member shortly that time... After searching for the source.. I discovered it was my Internet
    Provider's (Cox Communication) Modem.. Well it was actually a Router & Modem at the same time.. After hooking up my Netgear Nighthawk Router back on, And connected my Xbox One to it.. Just to see if my Xbox would work again.. And to my surprised, It did work
    but at a cost.. Now it was saying my NAT Type was Strict.. Possible for having two Routers.. So.. I went to my Internet Provider to trade away the Router & Modem at the same time.. And he give me a Modem just for the Telephone Jack.. He said just connect it
    and done... Before I headed back home, I went to Walmart and got myself The **** Surfboard 1.4 Gbps or Newest one of Modem Only..

    I headed back home, Set it all up.. Now to the new problem I got on my hands which I am rather confused.. I will explain shortly after this.. The Netgear Router and The **** Modem worked Successfully.. But for the Telephone Modem it did not.. I noticed after
    some time when looking online.. I need a " Coaxial Splitter " That way I can connect the main cable to the Coaxial Splitter then to The **** Modem and Telephone Modem...

    But The Most biggest Confusing Question that I can't stop thinking about it, is... Would I begin to lose Signal if I were to connect both Modems (Telephone Modem and Main **** Modem) that way?.. Like am I going to start lagging or losing my NAT Type or something?

    Possible Example?

    Netgear Router (Main Source of WiFi and Such)

    My live gold is not working and I paid for it. It expires 04/24/2017 and was renewed 3/25/2017. And I can not play online because it says no, I do not have Gold. What do I do? How do I get my money back? Or how do you fix it?

    From your initial setup, was there never an option to bridge your gateway?

    And as for the Model of The Modems... The Modem Arris which is the main source of Data.. The Model should be: SB6190 and as for The Telephone Modem which is The Cisco Model should be: DPQ3212

    As for the Gateway.. Umm I don't think I am a expert to know what it is... I was just wondering if I were to use a Coaxial Splitter.. Would it make my Internet began to lose signal?

    For what purpose do you need the Arris modem, when your Cisco DPQ3212 provide Internet as well as phone service?

    I am no expert but I believe that The Arris Surfboard 1.4 Gbps Modem is stronger than the Cisco Modem.. The only thing is that the Arris Modem doesn't have a Telephone Jack for the Modem.. And plus I kinda want it that way with the Stronger Modem and The
    Old Cox Modem to be used for The Telephone Modem.. But I am just wondering if I am going to begin lose signal for the internet when connecting The Arris Modem and Cisco Modem with a Coaxial Splitter... That is very much I would like to know..

    How much speed do you need?

    What's the advertised speed of your Internet connection (according to your ISP)?

    There's no number I can give you that would confirm if your setup will cause a degradation in signal loss. Why not go ahead and try out the performance of your current setup. Then try with a setup which only includes your Cisco and Netgear wireless router.
    For the latter one, you shouldn't have to use the splitter (as long as you have your TV service on a separate line).
