    Hi Alex!

    Please note that only the adult account or organizer has the ability to remove child accounts or members of the family. Please go to https://family.microsoft.com/ website using your account and check who's account is the organizer of the group you're in.

    Parental account not working

    All that we ask for is the terms of use to be accepted, we do not need access to the parental email as it is no longer in use. We use a new email now, but we do not know how to change parental emails
