how do you request a call back

what is this mess i have been a customer of xbox since 2005 ive never been this dissatisfied with this service as iam right now why can we not talk to somebody if i didnt have so much money tied up in xbox id switch over to playstation

Hey Hazz,

You really don't have to call them, go to the contact support page and Request a call back.

That simple.

They then will call you as soon as possible.

Go on that link and Request a call back.

Error code 80151103 status

The only other way is to Request a Call back.

I recommend you Request a Call back for a better support.
